With 26 years of full-time real estate experience, I have built my business on integrity, professionalism, strong family values, and truly caring for the people I serve. As the fourteenth child in my family, relationships, hard work, and treating people with kindness have always been at the center of who I am.
Before beginning my real estate career, I was an elementary school teacher specializing in mathematics. That background gave me a strong attention to detail, patience, organization, and the ability to guide clients through important decisions with confidence and clarity.
I hold the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, earned through a high level of production and a history of professional service with zero complaints. Throughout my career, I have also served on the MLS Committee, Grievance Committee, and Professional Standards Board, while remaining actively involved with Women’s Council and other professional organizations.
Giving back to others has always been important to me. I currently volunteer and support ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), a cause very close to my heart after losing my father to the disease when I was only 28 years old and he was in his sixties.
One of the things I love most about real estate is that every transaction is unique. Whether someone is buying or selling, or I’m helping first-time home buyers, military families, relocating clients, or experienced investors, I truly enjoy building lasting relationships. In fact, many of my closest friendships began through my real estate business.
Originally from Connecticut, I ventured west over 40 years ago. I fell in love with Colorado and everything it has to offer. Today, I’m proud to call Colorado Springs home, where my son, a Captain in the Army working in the space program, and his wife also live.
Helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives is both an honor and a responsibility I never take lightly.
"We want to share with you just how much we appreciated and valued Elizabeth from the beginning of our search through our closing on the perfect house for us yesterday. Let’s start with the search, and a recognition from the start of what was important to us and placing the focus there. At the onset Elizabeth made a concerted effort to get to really understand who we were, and the importance of this became evident when we moved to make an offer within a day of the listing. This house checked all our boxes and Elizabeth had the offer written and submitted the day we said “go.” More importantly, she was able to provide the necessary assurances to the seller’s agent that we were indeed very earnest in our bid, though we had not seen the house and did not even anticipate visiting prior to closing, all because she understood what was important to us and what motivated us.
Throughout the entire process leading to closing Elizabeth was continually in touch with us with an incredible level of responsiveness and thoroughness. Her suggestions regarding the scope of the inspection helped identify significant issues and gave us great peace of mind that we knew exactly what we were purchasing. Elizabeth was a wonderful advocate and liaised with all the parties involved in the transaction-lender, title company, seller’s agent-to help make this transaction as seamless as possible. Patricia is a retired attorney and so fully appreciates someone’s attention to detail. On issues that required follow up Elizabeth did so proactively, on requests for information on vendors for post-purchase services she promptly sought out and provided recommendations. Since we do not reside in the area this was extremely helpful. If we had to limit these comments to 5 words they would be: knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, proactive and personable!
We could not be happier with the level of personal service we received from Elizabeth and look forward to enjoying many more days with our grandchildren in Colorado Springs in our own home. We highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for an agent in Colorado, particularly if they reside out of the area and want the peace of mind that comes with knowing someone is advocating and ensuring their interests are being served."

"I wanted to drop a quick note to let you know how grateful Marcelo & I are for your recommendation of Elizabeth Moreau as our Realtor while looking for a home in Pueblo, Colorado. Due to Marcelo’s job, we have moved 7 times in 14 years and have had the opportunity to work with many Realtors all over the country. She, by far, has been the most professional & overall best Realtor we have ever worked with! She was always quick to respond, (even with a 2 hour time difference) extremely knowledgeable, professional in every aspect, proactive, & DILIGENT!
She understood the challenges we were facing with the uncertainty and stress of finding our “home” and moving across the country. She was reactive and reassuring in addressing our concerns and was good to explain every step of the process. Elizabeth is exemplary in representing The Platinum Group and as a Realtor overall. We had the utmost confidence in working with her. Moving forward, Platinum & Elizabeth will get our support and recommendations to any new recruits we bring to the Colorado Springs/Pueblo area."
