Kim Carper is a proud Colorado Springs native and has excelled as a successful real estate broker in many markets throughout the country for over 25 years.  Kim attended Texas Christian University on a full basketball scholarship majoring in Political Science and Spanish and later earned her Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.  She began her career in real estate with the Dillard Group in Norman, Oklahoma.  A military spouse, Kim moved with her husband to Charleston, South Carolina as a broker specializing in historical homes and beachfront property.  She returned with her family to Colorado Springs in 2003 and has consistently been a top producer in Colorado Springs in all types of residential housing.
