With a decade-long career in residential interior design, Kim knows what truly makes a
house a home. Both of her parents have been in the “Home-Market” her entire life; with
a dad in construction and a mom who is a powerhouse of real estate, she grew up
buying and flipping houses with them as a team. Making her transition into real estate
was a natural next step. Now, Kim gets to combine her passion for beautiful spaces and
her knowledge of homes and design with her commitment to helping others achieve
their homeownership dreams.

Purchasing and/or selling a home is the biggest financial step that any person can take,
and it is important to have an agent that is passionate about guiding each client through
the process with patience, honesty, and a strategic mindset.

Kim has two degrees in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute in California
and from Pikes Peak University in Colorado Springs. Now, she works alongside her
mom, Kathy, as The Mission Team, using her skills as an interior designer to help sellers
stage their homes for sale and to help buyers envision the full potential of a property
before purchasing.
