Carpeting only on the stairs ~ No popcorn ceilings except for family room ~ wood burning fireplace ~ A/C & security ~ Hardwood is in great shape. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances & slab granite counters ~ Retro blue hall bath ~ Nice lot with big trees ~ Shed ~ So much potential here ~ Livable now once the extra things are removed ~ Does need updating & some repairs ~ V-7 is a great area with lighted walking paths maintained by the HOA.
